The Terra Chama Reserva white wine is a blend of Encruzado and Malvasia Fina grapes from vines that are over 20 years old. Its fermentation is partially carried out in used Hungarian oak barrels; after that it undergoes natural maturation in contact with fine lees for 20 months in stainless‑steel tanks and an additional 9 months in bottle before release. The result is a medium pale color with a delicate scent of orange blossom and stone fruit. On the palate it offers a long, balanced finish.
