Terra Chama Touriga Nacional Rosé

This "Terra Chama" rosé, built around Touriga Nacional, clearly benefited from a very attentive upbringing – over twenty years in the vines, to be precise. Hand-harvested with 20kg boxes and direct pressing, it’s a wine that shows genuine respect for the grapes. The slow fermentation and five months of natural lees aging contribute to a lovely complexity, expressed on the nose with red fruit notes and a bright mineral finish. Perfect with some pâté de foie gras or grilled white fish, wouldn’t you agree?
