This Terra d’Alter Expressões is a wonderfully refreshing wine – seriously, it practically *demands* fresh seafood or a perfectly grilled fish. The Viognier and Arinto give it a fantastic, zesty acidity, beautifully balanced by a touch of delicate white stone fruit from the Syrah. It’s a genuine expression of the Alentejo terroir and, frankly, a little surprising for the region. Definitely worth pairing with something light and delicious.
