Description

Terras de Alter, Companhia de Vinhos, Lda. is formed by the Sociedade Agrícola das Antas, the Sociedade Agrícola do Monte Barrão (both with a deep agricultural heritage in Alto Alentejo, Portalegre district) and the Sociedade Pink Living, owned by winemaker Peter Bright. These two companies joined forces and, to enhance their project, forged a strong partnership with Peter Bright, who brings a wealth of experience in international wine production and distribution. Terras de Alter sources its grapes from its partners in the Alter do Chão and Fronteira regions, while also drawing from other Alto Alentejo vineyards as needed. Its mission is to be a family‑run business that produces quality wines with an international presence, recognised for excellence and committed to developing premium Portuguese brands. With a distinctive market positioning and a long‑term vision grounded in the quality and presentation of its wines and the fresh appeal of the brands it promotes. (Illustrative image only)
