This Terras de Mogadouro is a truly intriguing golden wine. The nose immediately conjures images of the Trás-os-Montes, with pronounced notes of spice and nuts, largely thanks to the presence of Viosinho and Gouveio grapes. On the palate, it delivers on that initial promise of volume and freshness, finishing with a remarkably long and creamy texture – a fantastic match for a classic Bacalhau à Brás, I’d say.
