This Mirabilis white, born from centenary vines of the Douro and graced with Viosinho and Gouveio, demonstrates beautifully how time can be a friend. The palate is remarkably smooth and crisp, displaying an elegance that translates into a wonderfully balanced freshness and structure – a testament to a quinta with over 250 years of history. Thanks to the Amorim family and the input of Architect Arnaldo Barbosa, this original 1764 quinta has been raised to a new level, and this wine, a product of the 4th generation, is a true reflection of their legacy. It’s superb with a white fish and a contemplative appreciation of the Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo.
