This wine from Herdade Terras d’Ervideira clearly took a little break in the cool room – and the result is wonderfully vibrant. Crafted with meticulous temperature control (between 10°C and 12°C), it bursts with tropical fruit aromas and promises a delightfully refreshing experience. Following on from its “Boa Compra” awards from Revista de Vinhos in 2010 and 2012, this producer knows their business. A superb match for grilled fish or a light salad, it’s a worthwhile investment, particularly for those who enjoy a white wine with a touch of boldness.
