This Lisbon wine isn’t holding back – it’s letting its true self shine through. Ripe black and red fruits dominate, characteristic of a long, sun-drenched summer. The Castelão and Aragonez contribute a remarkably velvety texture, while hints of Muscat and a touch of spice, courtesy of the Touriga Nacional, add a welcome dose of boldness. Seriously, this would be fantastic with a generous portion of Bacalhau à Brás – don’t be shy about it!
