Dominik discovered his talent and passion for Mediterranean wine and culinary arts at a very early age. At eighteen, he visited an old Ligurian trattoria, and a year later he embarked on a gourmet tour of Italy alongside German chef Karl Ederer, who guided him to several top‑tier traditional restaurants. After earning a degree in Economics and Marketing, he began his career in the wine world in 1996. Today he continues to work with his partner Eben Sadie, with whom they established Terroir al Lím­it in the Priorat region, producing internationally successful wines.
