Dominik discovers his talent and passion for Mediterranean wine and culinary arts at a very early stage. At eighteen, he visits an old Ligurian trattoria, and a year later embarks on a gourmet tour of Italy with the German chef Karl Ederer, who takes him to several first‑class traditional restaurants. After graduating in Economics and Marketing, he began his career in the wine world in 1996. He currently continues to work with his partner Eben Sadie, who established Terroir al Límit in the Priorat region, jointly creating internationally successful wines. (illustrative image only)
