Terroir Sense Fronteres began as a quest to harness the exclusive mineral character and soul of Montsant, giving a liquid voice to the restraint and freshness of the clay hills surrounding Priorat. Negre is a dry red blend of the region’s traditional varieties, Grenache Noir (75 %) and Carignan (25 %). The grapes are vinified for 10 days in whole bunches with wild yeast in stainless‑steel tanks before undergoing an additional 8 months of ageing, also in stainless‑steel. With a dedication to organic farming, this entry‑level red speaks for and from the region, delivering a fruity message in a bottle that rewards those who choose to listen.
