This rosé clearly wasn't holding back – a full-cluster pressing points to a deliberate pursuit of intensity. The six months spent with the lees adds a surprising layer of textural complexity, thanks to the Merlot and Syrah contributing to the blend. It’s a wine that practically begs to be paired with something smoky, like a good Portuguese chorizo.
