Textura da Estrela Vine Textura da Estrela Jaen comes from 45‑year‑old vines planted at 500 m above sea level on granite soils. Winery This Jaen fermented with indigenous yeast only in cement vats, using 35 % whole cluster, followed by 30 days of maceration. After spending its first winter in cement, it was aged for six months in French oak barrels and naturally stabilised.
