“From the slopes of the Serra da Estrela, this Textura Pura reveals a remarkable freshness, considering the vines are between 28 and 55 years old. The fermentation, utilising both French oak barrels and foudre, imparts a beautiful cedar note, wonderfully balanced by the zesty brightness of lemon and lime. There's a wonderfully crisp minerality – a clear echo of the granite terroir – that lingers elegantly on the palate. It would pair beautifully with a grilled white fish, I’d imagine.”
