The Tianna Bocchoris White was the first wine the winery produced outside the Binissalem DO. Its blend is what sets it apart: a harmonious mix of native varieties such as Prensal Blanc, the recently revived Giró Rosé—delivering intense aromas of peach and pear—and the always appreciated Sauvignon Blanc. The result is a perfumed white wine, very fresh and light, yet with intriguing nuances on the nose and palate that remain unmistakable.
