**Crono Lisboa** Crono Tinta Amarela is a limited edition red wine, made with minimal intervention and of superior quality. Honest, elegant and balanced in profile, it is certified vegan and carbon neutral, with 100% of its CO2 emissions offset. **Viticulture:** The vineyards are located in Alenquer, on a gentle slope ideal for winemaking, between the Montejunto mountain range and the banks of the Tejo River, on clay-limestone soils. The natural shape of the landscape shields the vines from the cold, humid Atlantic winds, maintaining a temperate climate and allowing slow, balanced grape ripening. This produces fresh, elegant wines with a maritime influence. Crono Tinta Amarela results from excellence in sustainable viticulture, guided by a simple principle: to respect the terroir and the character of each vintage. **Winemaking:** Harvested by hand, only the finest bunches were selected. At the winery, the grapes were destemmed but not crushed, then transferred to a vat, where they underwent carbonic maceration. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was drawn from free-run juice and hand-pressed, then aged for 9 months in second-use 500-litre French oak barrels with a medium-high toast, during which malolactic fermentation took place. Crono Tinta Amarela is an excellent companion for drinking on its own or with food, in a relaxed moment.
