Description

Titan White Wine Titan INDIEgente, a project by Luís Leocádio, originates from vines planted at an altitude of 700 m on granite soil in the Beira Interior region, Pinhel sub‑region. Fresh grapes are hand‑picked at their optimal ripeness, transferred to 20‑kg crates, and undergo meticulous manual selection, gentle de‑picking, and soft crushing. They are pressed in a pneumatic press, and the resulting must is settled at 8 °C for 48 hours in a stainless‑steel tank. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled 12 °C for 30 days, followed by a 12‑month maturation in French oak barrels with fine lees stirring. The wine is corked with a DIAM 5 Free TCA cork. Pair it with fresh‑flavored dishes such as salads, shellfish, and charcoal‑grilled fish.
