Titan Rosé

Description

Titan Rosé Wine Titan Reserva, a project by Luís Leocádio, originates from vineyards planted at an altitude of 700 m on a transitional slate–granite soil that is poor and rugged, yet it displays surprising acidity. Vinification: Fresh grapes at their optimal ripeness are hand‑picked from 20 kg baskets and taken to the cellar where they undergo meticulous manual selection. Whole bunches are pressed in a pneumatic press, and the resulting must is transferred to French oak barrels where it ferments at a controlled temperature of 12 °C for 30 days, followed by a six‑month fining stage with fine lees stirring. Food pairing: Enjoy with richly flavored, complex dishes such as oily fish (e.g., rodovalho, pollock, and cod), medium‑intensity meats, and long‑ripened cheeses.
