Titan Of Douro Reserva Rosé

This “Titan do Douro” truly feels plucked from a wine fairytale. Pressed whole clusters – undoubtedly a remarkably generous harvest – the juice spent a month ageing in 50% new French oak, a boldness of which we can only marvel. Fine lees danced to the tune of precise temperature control, resulting in a rosé-hued wine brimming with peach blossom aromas and, surprisingly, a hint of smoke. The *Revista de Vinhos* wasn't wrong to call it “seducer, tense and vibrant”, and it’s undoubtedly a wine best paired with roasted game birds and red berry sauces, or perhaps a hearty black pork stew.
