This Tojo Lágrima is a rosé that feels like it’s wandered straight from a dream of freshly picked raspberries. The colour is so delicate, you almost feel bad it’s there, and the nose offers a refreshing burst of white roses, without any airs and graces. On the palate, the acidity is beautifully balanced with a smoothness that practically begs for a dip, finishing with a lovely saline note – perfect with grilled fish or oysters, really.
