The winemaking process, with the must benefiting from extended contact with skins and seeds at a perfectly controlled 26°C, is promising a significant depth of flavour. Produced in 80,000 bottles, it’s ideally paired with grilled beef or, for the more traditional palate, a beautifully curated selection of Iberian cured meats.”
