To celebrate 30 years of dedication to the art of winemaking, Tommasi presents this commemorative edition of its Ripasso Valpolicella Clássico Superiore, a red that pays tribute to the tradition and excellence of the Valpolicella Clássica region. Made from the iconic vineyards of La Groletta and Conca d’Oro, the wine appears in a deep, bright ruby hue. On the nose it is intensely aromatic, with seductive notes of cherry compote, tobacco and a spicy touch of black pepper. On the palate it delivers a balanced blend of body and elegance: the tannins are smooth and velvety, and the finish is long, enveloping and memorable. Its complexity stems from the traditional re‑fermentation in the Amarone lees, followed by an extended maturation in large oak barrels from Eslavónia and bottle aging that imparts depth and harmony.
