Initially, it hints at a complexity that demands a little contemplation – you’ll pick up on notes of orange and pear compote, beautifully intensified by the earthy touch of the earthenware vessel (talha), a legacy of the region’s unique terroir. It’s a wine with an elegant structure and noticeable tannins, a real challenge to the palate, beautifully balancing richness with surprisingly vibrant acidity. A truly rewarding experience, ideally paired with grilled fish with a citrus glaze.
