Fermentation in stainless steel. Fifty percent of the batch was aged in stainless steel; 25 % in new French oak barrels and 25 % in second‑year French oak barrels for 11 months. The wine displays a bright, almost opaque red colour. On the nose it is rich, fresh and quite complex, with the fruit character of well‑matured grapes dominating. The subtle wood is well integrated, adding to the wine’s complexity and aromatic richness. On the palate it is intense, full of aromas of ripe red fruit, with balanced acidity and soft but present tannins. It is a very well‑structured, flavourful wine with a smooth, very pleasant finish.
