It’s a blend of 65% Alvarinho, delivering that signature freshness, paired with 35% Trajadura for added depth. Fermented in stainless steel with a robust 5.5g/L acidity, it’s undeniably vibrant and, let’s be honest, ideal with grilled fish or shellfish. A delightfully refreshing, albeit slightly self-important, wine.
