Vinification: The grapes were harvested early to preserve their natural acidity and freshness. The resulting must was pressed directly and then carefully decanted. Fermentation occurred in stainless‑steel tanks at 16°C–18°C. After fermentation, the wine was stirred with fine lees for three months. Following that period, a mild malolactic conversion took place, followed by cold stabilization and filtration before bottling.
