This Vadio, hailing from the Bairrada, is a delightfully quirky journey through three vineyards with remarkably different personalities. The Rexarte vineyard, with its plio-cenothic sandy soils, produces a wonderfully complex acidity – bordering on the eccentric, naturally. In stark contrast, the Baga from the Vale do Dom Pedro vineyard, planted on clay-calcareous soils, offers a more refined elegance. Finally, Bárrio, with its old vines and Jurassic soils, delivers a wonderfully earthy depth that beautifully contrasts with the lightness of the others. A truly Bairrada sparkling wine celebrating the region’s incredible terroir – perfect with seafood or white fish.
