Vadio Rosé. In the Vadio rosé sparkling wine we aim to explore the versatility of Baga. We selected a plot from a small farmer with a vineyard about 30 years old, where the vigorous Baga vines do not allow very high ripening and acidity dominates. Whole‑bunch crushing with very gentle extractions is followed by fermentation in stainless steel and used barrels. In February the wine is sorted and the tirage is performed. After the second fermentation, the minimum contact with lees is 18 months before disgorgement.
