Description

This white wine is crafted from Rabigato, Códega do Larinho, and Arinto grapes, hand‑picked and fermented solely in stainless‑steel tanks. It displays a citrine hue with greenish undertones, offering aromas of tropical fruit and white‑meat fruit. On the palate it is fruity, fresh, and persistently lively. Quinta do Reguengo is situated in the Douro Superior sub‑region, along the Douro River in Pocinho, Vila Nova de Foz Côa. The estate is characterised by clay‑rich soils that feature granite outcrops. These soils, combined with varying altitudes, exposures, and grape varieties, benefit from the warm, humid winds of the Douro Valley and the cooler breezes from Spain, creating ideal conditions for consistent grape ripening. Winemaking is overseen by Pedro Branco, who is also the driving force behind the Família Silva Branco wines.
