Vallado Branco

Description

Valleado This wine comes from two vineyards: 50 % from an old Moscatel vineyard over 30 years old and 50 % from a planted vineyard from the mid‑1990s. The winemaking process included a technique called “maceração pelicular” (pre‑fermentation contact of the skins with the juice). The grapes were vinified using an open‑bunch system. Fermentation lasted about one month at a controlled temperature between 14 °C and 16 °C. The wine aged for three months in stainless‑steel tanks. Winemaking: Francisco Olazabal & Francisco Ferreira.
