Rich aromas of ripe wild berries intertwine with notes of hazelnuts and spices, hinting at the wisdom of these old vines. The palate is surprisingly fresh and intense, culminating in an explosive finish – perfect alongside a grilled fish, perhaps sea bass with lemon.
