Casal de Vale Pradinhos is an agricultural estate covering 450 hectares, founded in 1913 and owned by the Pinto de Azevedo family ever since. The wines produced here blend native varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela and Malvasia Fina with renowned international grapes including Cabernet Sauvignon, Gewürztraminer and Riesling. Maria Antónia Pinto de Azevedo Mascarenhas, great‑granddaughter of founder Manoel Pinto de Azevedo, is the current owner and has been shaping the estate’s winemaking vision since taking control in 1994.
