Casal de Vale Pradinhos is an agricultural estate of 450 hectares, founded in 1913 and owned by the Pinto de Azevedo family ever since. The wines crafted here blend native varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela and Malvasia Fina with renowned international grapes, notably Cabernet Sauvignon, Gewürztraminer and Riesling. Maria Antónia Pinto de Azevedo Mascarenhas—great‑granddaughter of founder Manoel Pinto de Azevedo—is the current owner, steering the estate’s vision since she took control in 1994.
