The 2023 vintage is the first to be crafted in the new cellar, and as a novelty it benefited from two winter ageing periods instead of the usual ten months it had previously used. Ortega secured more space in the new building and fulfilled her dream of ageing wines for longer. The result is that this harvest is finer, polished and more mature.
