Driven by his passion for oxidatively aged wines under a yeast veil, Luis Seabra experimented with aging a white wine for three years under flor. The white wine, made from 30‑year‑old Rabigato, Códega, and Gouveio vines from the Meda do Douro Superior region, was fermented naturally in 500‑L barrels and left under a thin layer of yeast, uncovered. It was then transferred to stainless‑steel tanks for an additional two years of rest before bottling. A total of 890 bottles were produced. Sulphites are present.
