Ice wine that emerged in 1997. Currently, after years of research, this sweet wine is produced with a prototype powered by two freezing chambers operating at ‑15 °C with the help of liquid nitrogen. This improves the freezing of the grapes, making the process faster and more homogeneous. After a slow, natural fermentation, the result is a fruit‑rich and highly concentrated wine, sweet and refreshing at the same time.
