With this Via Edetana white, the winery precisely showcases the potential of its Garnacha Blanca grapes sourced from vines over 40 years old. Different fermentations are carried out according to the specific plots, after which two batches are produced: one fuller-bodied, aged for four months in oak barrels, and a second, fruitier and floral blend, finished in stainless‑steel tanks with fine lees to maximise varietal expression. A true discovery to note in the little‑known denomination of Terra Alta.
