There's a subtle hint of cigar box notes, perhaps recalling the breezes from Zambujeira do Mar, adding a lovely herbaceous lift. It’s remarkably elegant and lively, and would pair beautifully with grilled fish or wild mushroom dishes, I’d imagine.
