Fermented and aged on fine lees in stainless‑steel for six months, it unfurls aromas of grapefruit, raspberry, and fresh watermelon. On the palate it is smooth and enveloping, with balanced acidity, striking freshness, and a long, elegant saline finish. Born in Norway, Ole Martin Siem found in Portugal the perfect setting to nurture his passion for Alentejo wine; drawn to the stunning Vicentino scenery near Zambujeira do Mar, he planted his vines and launched the Vicentino project.
