Born in the very heart of the Dão, this wine certainly carries a legacy – it seems the first inhabitants were far more interested in what the land offered than a good chat! The blend of Alfrocheiro, Jaen, and Aragonez delivers a robust flavour journey, strong enough to withstand even a French invasion (and, presumably, a decent bottle of wine). A truly intense experience, perfect with slow-roasted red meats.
