Villa Maria Triturado, gently pressed and allowed to settle, letting the solids remain light for fermentation in contact with premium French oak. Some lots were encouraged to ferment with indigenous yeasts to add complexity to the blend. The juice was fermented at 18 °C in stainless‑steel tanks. Partial malolactic followed by maturation with regular yeast stirring.
