Fermentation, aided by a touch of French oak from Seguin Moreau, imparts lovely fruity aromas and floral nuances, finishing with a lingering complexity. Grown in distinctive clay-calcareous soils, with a total acidity of 6.4g/L, it’s a wine ideally suited to pairing with fresh oysters or a perfectly grilled white fish.”
