This "Vinho de Reis Homem Bom" is a wonderfully plush expression of Merlot, bursting with ripe blackberry and dried plum. The tannins are exceptionally velvety, clearly benefitting from the generous Dão sunshine. It’s a seriously comforting wine – perfect alongside a slow-roasted duck or perhaps a succulent turkey.
