This Othon Reserva, born from the centenary vines of the Dão, is a wonderfully expressive wine – a true testament to the quality of Quinta da Vinha Paz. Crafted from 50% Touriga Nacional, alongside Alfrocheiro and Baga, it’s a celebration of the region’s deeply rooted traditions, all thanks to those granite soils and a clever, single-wire trellising system. Best enjoyed at 18°C, this red pairs beautifully with hearty game dishes and aged cheeses – a seriously satisfying combination.
