Vinha Paz The excellence of the character of the Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro, and Jaen varieties is well expressed in this wine, reflecting the unique and noble terroir of the Dão. The harvest was hand‑picked, selecting only the best grapes. Light filtration was applied. The wine was subjected to complete de‑gassing and fermented in stainless‑steel vats for ten days. Malolactic fermentation took place over November and December. The wine was aged in French oak barrels, ranging in age from 1 to 6 years and capacities of 225 to 500 liters, for a period of 22 months.
