The colour – a gorgeous amber-gold with a touch of green – immediately hints at the complexity to come: walnuts, figs, and cashew dancing in a rather intricate ballet, punctuated by whispers of tobacco and, of course, that unmistakable cedar note. Remarkably, there's a good level of acidity here, lending it a wonderfully velvety texture and a rich body, finishing with an exceptionally long tail.
