Xisto The Xisto Cru Tinto, like all wines from the CRU Project, comes from two specific vineyard plots and seeks to showcase the soil, the vines and the region. The winemaking methods are minimally interventionist; fermentation, carried out with lees, is performed by indigenous yeasts in open wooden vats made from old port wine barrels. The wine matures in used French oak barrels. Allergen information: Contains sulfites.
