The XXVI Talhas Tareco red is an authentic, artisanal wine that honours the ancient tradition of clay amphorae. Made with complete destemming and light crushing, it ferments with maceration and remains in contact with the lees for two months, without temperature control, using exclusively indigenous yeasts. Without resorting to filtration or mechanical stabilisation, the wine is naturally filtered by passing through the lees in the amphora, preserving all its authenticity and character. With a vibrant ruby colour, it offers seductive aromas of ripe red fruit. On the palate it stands out for its freshness, with an intense and distinctly fruity finish. Crafted from the grapes Trincadeira, Aragonez and Tinta Grossa, it is a genuine expression of the terroir and Alentejo wine heritage.
