This Zom Reserva is clearly a Douro white that’s had a rather lengthy chat with oak. Crafted from Viosinho, Arinto and Rabigato, it boasts an intensely aromatic profile, almost as if it’s been learning to waltz with the fruit and wood – remarkably gracefully, of course. The palate confirms the promise, delivering a vibrant freshness and a finish that lingers delightfully. As recognised by Grandes Escolhas, it’s a wine deserving of particular attention, and frankly, a rather sophisticated one for the Douro Superior.
