Casa de Santar

Casa de Santar is one of the most beautiful manors of the Dão, with vines documented since the 16th century and the manor house built in the 17th. The property — long the heart of the Dão denomination — combines formal historic gardens (recently integrated into the Paço dos Cunhas de Santar project), the centuries-old cellars with granite lagares and tastings that include the celebrated Casa de Santar Reserva, the Touriga Nacional and Encruzado varietals, and the Vinha dos Amores cuvée.
